What's Included?
Your conference fee covers your housing and entrance into the conference. The conference fee DOES NOT cover your travel to the conference and meals are NOT included and are your responsibility.

General Registration Information:
*Secure your room at the conference hotel with your $75 non-transferrable and non-refundable deposit.
*Price based on quad occupancy per room, covers housing and entrance into conference; fee does not cover your travel to the conference and meals are your responsibility.
*One chaperone must accompany every five high school students.
*Medical release forms are required for all participants younger than 18 years of age before their registration is complete.
Association Discount: This rate is 10% off of your registration price with your Impact Association Member ID Number. To receive your discount, please email Nefty Rodriguez to let him know that you qualify for this rate. Until you contact him, your rate will appear as the current pricing rate for that time period.
