In The Impact Movement, we are actively seeing the dream of spiritual progress being fulfilled in today’s generation of African Americans, as we also set the stage to affect change in generations to come.
We have on our staff some of the finest leaders in ministry and one of the reasons is the care and effort we put into the Impact confidential application process. An Impact Human Resources representative will personally walk with you through the entire process.
This section provides material on African Americans’ history in missions, an overview of the staff opportunities Impact has, testimonies from an Impact Fellow, New Staff, and Full Time Staff about how they were able to discern God’s will in pursuing a ministry opportunity with Impact, and questions about joining staff.
It is the policy of The Impact Movement that each staff member develop a team of ministry partners to support his/her ministry. In order to keep our staff free from financial distractions and focused on our mission, our salary structure promotes a moderate lifestyle, longevity in ministry, and individual freedom and responsibility for staff.
