Impact K.A.M.P
This won't be your ordinary summer camp - Impact KAA Adventure Ministry Project (K.A.M.P) is an unique opportunity for you to serve and be trained in an urban area. An Impact summer missions trip isn't an Impact summer missions trip without the key ministry training and personal spiritual challenge that will develop you into a leader more equipped and prepared to reach your campus for Christ!
Practical Equipping During Impact K.A.M.P.
- Leadership development that will help you lead your Impact campus chapter.
- Sharpening your evangelism outreach skills.
- Personal mentoring by an Impact Staff Member.
- Increased spiritual growth as you study the Word of God and develop in spiritual knowledge.
Impact will partner with Kids Across America (KAA), and part of the Impact K.A.M.P. adventure will be serving at a Christian sports camp working with urban youth (middle and high school-age children) from around the nation. This missions trip is built around six weeks of solid Impact ministry training and spiritual development and you will have the option of participating in KAA Counselor Training, where you can work for money as a camp counselor during KAA's last camp term. You can also choose to only come for the Impact Leadership Training portion of the adventure. Either way, you'll be blessed!
There are two options to serve this summer:
Impact Leadership Tract ONLY (June 1 - July 15)
- You must cover your travel in addition to the project fees.
- Your fees cover: housing, food, materials and activities.
Location: Memphis, Tennessee.
Cost: $3,000 approximately. We will provide you with training on how to develop a team of ministry partners who will invest financially in your endeavors to cover your costs to participate in this experience. Register Now! Completed applications are due by: February 26, 2010
Impact Leadership Tract AND KAA Experience (May 22 - August 12*)
- Must attend May 22 - May 31 KAA training. You must cover your travel.
- Must attend Impact Leadership Tract (June 1- July 15). Your fees cover: housing, food, and activities.
- Must attend Impact Leadership Tract (June 1- July 15). Your fees cover: housing, food, and activities.
- Must attend the KAA's camp third term (July 20 - August 12) . Earn approximately $900* serving as a KAA counselor to middle school and high school youth.
Cost: $3,000 approximately. We will provide you with training on how to develop a team of ministry partners who will invest financially in your endeavors to cover your costs to participate in this experience.
