We grow leaders, by making disciples, who serve and tell their story through evangelism. This ministry began as a conference for college students in 1991 which has blossomed into an international ministry headquartered in Orlando, Fla. Our mission takes the truth of Jesus Christ to the campus, community and world by producing leaders of African descent who are spiritually focused, financially responsible and morally fit. Through our vision, The Impact Movement envisions each community of African descent fulfilling its destiny as a reflection of the redemptive power of Jesus Christ. We reach thousands of college students, lead those students in ministering to the community and expose those students to God's work around the world.
